What are your shipping rates?
Our shipping rates vary between the locations the orders are being shipped to, before check out you can preview the rate.

Ordering

Where can I find my order history?
Once you log in to your account on the Prime Meats website, your order history will be under the My Account tab.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo, Diners Club, Elo, JCB, and Shop Pay; along with standard credit cards like Visa, AMEX, and Mastercard.

 

Tracking

When will my order arrive?
If your order is placed under the free standard shipping, it will take 1-3 business days to be processed, then 3-7 days to arrive. *Note that this estimation varies depending on which day the order was placed.

How do I track my order?

What is the difference between grades/cuts?
The grades are the rating of tenderness, juiciness, and flavor of steaks, while the cut is the broken down sections of the steaks.

Why does marbling matter?
Marbling affects the steak's taste and texture by helping it stay tender and moist. When the steak is cooking, the marbling melts and gives the steak extra flavor.
